| Karen started her career in programming and systems analysis. Later, in the Programmes Group, she was responsible for business planning, personnel and training within the training division of the group, reporting to the MD as well as managing their team of 50 trainers and management consultants. Karen is also a skilled Enneagram teacher, counsellor and workshop leader. She has worked with non-corporate and corporate groups (BT Motorola, Allied Domeq) in the field of interpersonal communication, understanding and teamwork, using her systems analysis skills to improve corporate structures as well as communication. Her first book, entitled "Principles" of the Enneagram, was published in 1996 by Thorsons. |
