| The majority of John's experience has been in the print and packaging industry, in quality assurance, customer support and sales. He has been responsible for project management of quality systems implementation including customer care systems, and has line management skills in quality control and quality assurance. Before being invited to form part of the ITL team, he was a technical sales representative, developing current customers and sourcing new ones. |
