pipeline
- high visibility in the market place.
Put quite simply we:
- carry out telemarketing to support and enhance your sales process;
- research and analyse your market to identify the market size and
potential value;
- help you decide on the right contact strategy for your offering;
- offer customer relationship management services, so you can
demonstrate high levels of customer contact and care.

Value versus Volume
High value technical products and services need a different approach to
telemarketing. The standard model just doesn’t work. Here’s why.
In high volume markets it’s sensible and economic to automate the
marketing process. Standard scripts and presentations can work. Lower
level staff can be used. The process provides low cost, high wastage, fast
trawl. The aim is to generate the greatest volume of response in the
shortest time. Little effort is spent on developing better protected
prospects because the approach aims for quick and easy wins.
High value, technically-based sales and marketing is different. The
number of potential prospects is more limited; the lifetime value of the
sale far greater. The path to a decision-maker is harder to negotiate and
every contact with a more senior decision-maker counts. The interval in
which to capture their interest is short and must be intelligently used.
Standard scripts are rarely versatile enough and are easy to spot. More
effort is needed to cultivate interest, build credibility and stimulate
desire for a further contact. The approach may be the first step in a
complex, long term sales process, and although quick wins are achieved the
lifetime value of the client relationship is the real goal. |
